Our Server:
Most web hosts lease servers that they are not able to grow with and such are not able to offer the flexibity that you need. Because we own and operate our own servers, we can be sure to stay up-to-date with newest technologies. To minimize costs, all of our servers run Intel Xeon (Woodcrest) 5130 CPU's with the option of adding another processor in the future to double processing speed. All of our servers default with 2 GB of RAM and 250+ GB of SATA Hard Drive space to provide plenty of room for future clients and upgrades. For our Business Web Hosting Series, we don't oversell space or bandwidth. This will ensure that your web site is up around the clock.
Our Network:
FusionXHost utilizes multiple fault-tolerant connections to Tier-1 backbones through our datacenter to ensure that data reaches the end-user in the fastest, most efficient manner possible. The fully redundant architecture allows for around the clock uptime and a worry-free network. We operate our own equipment and rack in the Zomog Datacenter located in downtown Houston, Texas.
Backups:
Every 30 minutes, an incremental snapshot is made of all files on your hosting account which is then sent to an off-site location in case of a failure. From inside the control panel you are able to restore any files from the snapshot from the last 12 hours. We also take Daily snapshots of your account and keep 10 days worth of backups. In addition, we make weekly backups of your accounts and keep 8 weeks of your account. This allows you to restore any file that has been accidentally deleted or edited within the last 8 weeks. We have expanded our server to allow for backups up to every minute to provide the highest-available uptime for our clients, so if you need something speical we can handle it!
Uptime Guarantee:
On all of our Business Web Hosting Packages, we offer a 99.9% Service Level Agreement (SLA). This means that your web site will not be down for more than 44 minutes in a single month. Semi-Managed Defined:
Our Business Web Hosting Packages come with a semi-managed hosting account.
